"This is my new go to place. I come from a family of mechanics, but due to age and health, I don’t take my vehicles to my family anymore. Not being mechanically inclined beyond basic maintenance and repairs, I needed a person or group of people who can explain to me what needs to be done, and can communicate effectively through the process. These guys check all the boxes. Every one of them treats me with high respect. They don’t make me feel stupid or like I’m a nuisance for asking a lot of questions, but are very patient and accommodating. They are organized, and excellent communicators. If they ever find something wrong beyond what I originally brought the vehicle in for, they promptly contact me and make me aware of what needs to happen, and in some cases give me practical options and advice in such circumstances because they are sensible and understanding about the cost to me. I would recommend this shop to everyone. I’m big on trust, and this shop has earned it from me."
